Refund & Return Policy

At Closett, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from our Latest Collection, Instant Abayas, Limited Edition Abayas, Occasion Abayas, or Ramadan Collection, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Limited edition and seasonal collections may not be eligible for return due to their exclusive nature. Please contact our support team before returning any item.

Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
